What are the chat rules of conduct?

When using the chat feature, Poker Partner Systems affiliate should always be respectful and polite when dealing with one another. Bad language, obscenities, etc, are against our policies. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban an account based on chat behavior.

Who is eligible?

Can I connect from my office?

You may or may not be able to connect from work, depending on your Company. Some companies have technology in place, such as firewalls, in order to block certain software applications. If you are experiencing difficulty, you may need to see your system administrator.

What are the system requirements?

  • A PC Running Windows XP/2000+
  • CPU with 530Mhz processor or higher
  • 256MB memory (you may be able to login with less but access may be compromised or later denied)
  • Internet Access using Internet Explorer 6.0+ (Note we do not currently support AOL's browser or Mozilla - Please use the Internet Explorer browser that is provided as part of your standard Windows Operating System)
  • Sound card recommended but not required
  • If you are behind a firewall, the settings must allow access to our Poker Servers
